Many years ago I studied for a PhD in Biochemistry, and ever since then I’ve worked in laboratories and schools developing my love for the sciences. After several years working on lab projects, I decided I wanted to share my passion and qualified to become a teacher. 

I’ve now done that for 20 years! And I know how important it can be to have an extra helping hand outside school – whether that’s to really get a grip on tricky concepts, to boost confidence for exams, or even to prepare for university and a career in STEM.
